GENERAL TERMS,

･  all prices are final and non-negotiable.･  commissions may take anywhere between 4 days or 1-2 weeks to complete. however, a commission may take longer than either deadline depending on the complexity of the commission itself or personal issues happening with the artist. if any complications arise, the client will be notified through their preferred method of contact.･  all communication regarding commissions must be made through email, discord direct messages or twitter direct messages.･  commission process is as follows: discussion phase between client and artist, sketch phase with unlimited revisions, finalized lineart and colour phase. any revisions to the commission will not be permitted once the client approves the sketch.･  for emote commissions, it is the client's responsibility to inform the artist if they intend for the emotes to be animated.･  completed commissions will be sent to the client in a .zip folder through their preferred method of contact.･  clients must provide any and all reference images for their commission. commissions without references are more likely to be rejected by the artist. however, depending on the client's ability to provide a detailed description of their commission during the discussion phase, the artist may still accept the commission regardless of the lack of reference images. clients must reply in a timely manner (within 24hrs) regarding any questions or concerns the artist may present them with.･  clients are strictly prohibited from minting commissioned artwork as an NFT (non-fungible token). clients are also strictly prohibited from using commissioned artwork for any AI purposes.･  the artist typically streams their commission work on twitch (adadevoda on twitch). clients can either watch the progress or request their commission remain private during the initial discussion phase and agreement of the commission.･  all commissions can be retweeted on twitter (adadevoda on twitter). otherwise, clients can freely post their commissioned artwork on any other website the artist hasn't already done so. twitter is the only website the artist will post commissions.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS,

PAYMENT...

･  all payments must be made through paypal only.･  commissions must be paid in full upfront and in canadian dollars.  additionally, cryptocurrencies as payment are prohibited.･  in the event a commission exceeds a total of $500CAD, the client can make a half payment upfront with the final payment due before the artist continues onto the final phase of the commission (colour phase). all work on the commission will stop until the final payment is received.

REFUNDS...

･  the client can demand a refund if they haven't received any updates or work from the artist within 1-2 weeks.･  the client cannot demand a refund once they've received any form of commission work (example: sketches, etc...).･  if the client has yet to send due payment or the artist has yet to start working on their commission, the client can request a cancellation on the commission.

COPYRIGHT POLICY,

･  all commissions are for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed.･  the artist maintains all copyright to their artwork, including publishing the copyrighted artwork on social media and promoting themselves within any place or website the artwork is showcased.･  clients are allowed to:  1) use the copyrighted artwork for personal use (use the artwork for their twitch or youtube).  2) print the copyrighted artwork and claim the creative rights of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.  3) use the copyrighted artwork to promote themselves anywhere with proper credit given to the artist (adadevoda on twitter or twitch).if you, the client, break the copyright infringement, any right you had to the artwork will be retracted.･ the following is considered copyright infringement:  1) reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially.  2) taking credit for the copyrighted artwork.  3) removing any watermarks or signatures from the artist.  4) altering the copyrighted artwork without the consent of the artist.
